This houses such an amazing collection of works that one afternoon is not enough... and DEFINITELY not when there are so many other people with the same idea. John took the "highlights" tour and I took the "fashion in the arts" tour...... his was definitely more crowded than mine, which was led by a well trained docent with both fashion and art experience. The different sections of the museum show such incredible variety.... everyone can find something to love..... Because of the rain the roof garden was not open today.... but since it was Friday... the hours were extended and we were able to have "happy hour" on the balcony overlooking the main entrance. Very delightful!
