I'm sure you can find a more famous deli (Katz or Carnegie are the ones I had heard of before) but this one was close enough to have lunch before we went to the Historical Society Museum. Very delicious...... a young lady near us had matza ball soup and a huge chicken liver plate delivered...... so it definitely has traditional Jewish deli fare. My only regret was that lunch was so filling that I had no room for cheesecake for dessert!
